Decent tool, but it's super templatized. You don't have a ton of customization options, but if you want to build a custom tool for a traditional workflow, it's not bad.

The pricing is designed for enterprise though, so it's per user, which honestly makes it unsustainable outside of very small teams.

And frankly, there are better and cheaper builders out there in basically every way, so I would never recommend it personally.

I know Zoho has a suite of other products, and that inter-connection MIGHT make it worthwhile, but I still have to assess that value.

For now, speaking just about the app builder, it's fine, but not good.
