I can't overstate how much I love Tally.

I use it for everything, and I've never needed to subscribe to a paid tier.

Their free plan is the most generous on the market, and it's not even close. Unlimited forms, unlimited responses, custom logic, calculations, notifications, integrations, everything is free.

I'll likely upgrade in the future, but for everything I've needed, Tally has been able to handle it.

I highly recommend them - their design is sort of notion-like, in that you can build everything quickly with keyboard shortcuts like typing /.

The only thing they don't give away for free, that I would consider using as a maker, is additional design capability. The structure of their forms is simple, but limited, if you want to design something really specific or keep it on-brand in a special way.

But overall, it's my favorite form builder, and I recommend it to everyone that needs one.
