Normally, I wouldn't have given this such a low rating, but they frustrated me deeply.

SnapWidget is a basic social embed tool for Instagram and TikTok, among a few other things. You pick a format, connect your social account, and get an embed code to paste on your website.

Super simple.

They don't have a free plan, but they do have a two-week free trial - and you have to sign up with your credit card for the free trial.

That's all fine and dandy, but their website is glitchy - and they won't let you cancel your membership without emailing support.

I managed to work through their payment system via an email, not my dashboard, and cancel my membership - but I have yet to hear back from support.

I do not like being locked into things you can't cancel easily. That poor customer experience upset me, and generally, the tool isn't anything special anyway. Social feed embeds are pretty common, and this one isn't as cheap as some others I've seen.

I would not recommend SnapWidget.
