You see stuff like this pretty often. You collect information by turning it into a 'conversation' with a bot.

I never liked that style of interaction, but that just my personal opinion.

The builder is clunky and the UI annoyed me a little, but the tool works.

The pricing doesn't. It's charging a lot for basic forms, and the chat interaction isn't even that customizable.

They have some actions you can trigger at certain points in the 'conversation' but they're basic.

I'm not impressed.
