I do not like this tool at all.

They push an AI-first approach, which isn't an issue, but their actual builder has very little functionality.

The website went blank while I was using it, you can't accurately PREVIEW the forms you build because it doesn't show the fields in their actual user-shown format, and you quite literally can't customize some of the form fields they offer (ranking and matrix), which confused me deeply.

Sometimes the fields would fail to update when I made edits, too.

I suspect this was vibe coded - but they've clearly got funding. They bought another form builder, MightyForms.

They claim to have HIPAA compliant forms coming soon for $99 per month, but given how well the product works now, I wouldn't trust that claim as far as I can throw it. (And I have a weak arm)

And yet they have a sleek domain name, so they somehow pop up at the top of google's search for 'form builder'. Frustrating.
